Guest SCoatiH
I never took VH1 or their opinions seriously. Same thing with MT-V. Also the whole music industry, for that matter. XDHeck yeah!

Robert Monroe
Some people shouldn't have been in that list at all. Those are the ones I crossed out. The ones with the ? next to them, I've either never heard them or never heard of them. But there were some that deserved to be there, and others that were unfairly left out. The Beatles were talented guys...a friend of mine met George Harrison (No, he did not say "Oh my God! Oh my God! Where did you get that brownie!?" )Come on, Pink Floyd, Springsteen, and Nirvana are all excellent As for Elton John and Madonna, I don't personally care for either, but again ou can not deny their impact on 20th century music. Sabre
I'm still baffled at how many people are completely bashing VH1 for their opinions. If they were trying to force everyone in the world to agree with them, maybe, but all these "Top 100" shows and such are purely opinion. No reason to rage so much, folks.Well, simply put, they have influence. To cut a long story short, the top 100 cartoons show on channel 4 only had a list of 120 to vote from, and in the final show many of them weren't even on that list. Of course, people use(d) that as a measure as if it had some athority.
fox1235
I should note too that there were interviewing celebrities on who should be the number one artist of all-time should be, and Nicholas Cage started saying all these composers names like Mozart and Beethoven. Also these are the people who made the list.Alicia Keys, Ozzy Osbourne, Sean “Diddy” Combs, Iggy Pop, Nas, Rob Halford (Judas Priest), Michael Diamond (Beastie Boys), Daryl Hall, John Oates, Gene Simmons (KISS), Adam Levine (Maroon Five), 50 Cent, Nelly Furtado, Mandy Moore, Carrie Underwood, and Adam Clayton (U2)
