:? How fast are you? I don't wanna be the slow one

Well at the risk of going of topic, you can distract everyone, and I will come in and get them when they aren't looking.

Actually looks really good :D.  I just hope that Nintendo of America does come through with a price drop, as a 3D handheld for the same price as a PS3 just doesn't make any sense to me :).

yo, I can guarantee that to ya'. It has to do with materials.

(Japan imports almost all of it's raw materi'ls, while USA has sizable surpluses).

Is it gonna be 599 U.S. dollars?

 I hope not.

It might cost 299, but most likely there will be a price drop

 I don't think they'd make the price that high, that's just outrages.

Is it gonna be 599 U.S. dollars?

If it is, you'll have to ATTACK IT'S WEAK POINT FOR MASSIVE DAMAGE!

(Am I the only one that got that reference? O_o see 2006 Sony E3 press conference, lol)

Dude, ¥25000 is only $300, half of whatever rumor you heard. And NCL almost always prices higher than NOA.

I expect either $249.99 or $279.99 to come from NOA.

Of course, I don't know what import shops will charge, likely more than $300 because they know suckers will pay it. I wouldn't waste the money, as this thing is likely to be region-locked forcing you to either buy an NOA unit or import all your games.

When the DSi came out, GameStop had a deal going on where they knocked 70 bucks off the asking price if you traded in a DS Lite to get it. Maybe they'll do something like that with the 3DS?

Whether they do that or not, I'm trading in my DSi to knock off some cash.

I don't know... DSi demand is going to plummet when the 3DS comes out.

Wouldn't it be awful if they released a 3DS copy of Star Fox Command?

No need. Its DS compatible. But yeah it would be bad.

LMAO, I remember that! "You have this giant enemy crab..."

I'm all out for the 3DS, high price or not. Nintendo gets a lot of crap for being too kiddish, but they truly are the innovators of tomorrow. Sony and Microsoft's success would not have come as far as it has if Nintendo hadn't invented things like rumble and shoulder buttons, and of course motion controls.

The thing I find interesting are some of the games on there:

Street Fighter IV (3DS ver)

Resident Evil/Biohazard

  -Revelations

  -The Mercenaries

Dead or Alive Dimensions

Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater (remake)

It's kind of funny hearing happy music play in the background while clips from these games play; especially MGS3 (see spoilers). It's just that I mostly associate these titles for the PS3/360 and to see them on a Nintendo related handheld is kind of neat. If I ever do get my hands on a 3DS, I'll be sure to get the MGS3 remake. Hope there's new content in it (AKA add stuff from Substance into 3DS game).

Oh; Star Fox? Well, the only thing I have to say is I hope they add more content to it like what they are doing with the OoT remake.
