Asper Sarnoff
And I don't know what any of this means. Allow me to explain! A cars cooling system is designed to allow an engine to reach its favored working temperature as quickly as possible, and then make sure it doesn't heat up any further. When the engine, and thus also its coolant, is cold, the coolant is pumped trough pipes and passageways in the engine itself, absorbing the heat caused by the combustion process. When the coolant reaches a specific temperature, a device called the thermostat, which is like a temperature-controlled valve, opens and connects the radiator to the cycle. When the coolant passes trough the radiator it's cooled down again, due to the large surface area of the radiator allowing good heat exchange with the air that flows trough it. Without a radiator, an engine would quickly overheat. But if the coolant was flowing trough it all the time, an engine would never reach a good operating temperature, and parts would wear out a lot quicker. Of course, having air bubbles flowing trough the cooling system also messes up with the cooling. If particles get into the system they might also clog up passageways in the engine and cause a part of it to overheat. The morale of all of this? Keep cool.
Sarita
I have no idea why it was acting like that, by the way, I was just going off what I was told! It didn't start doing that until I had already left for the summer. I can agree it was very weird, but I'm glad it's fixed.

Thanks, I was actually able to follow that. Sorry Sissi, for spamming your journal with my confusion. :
Sarita
Disregard bitches, acquire ponies. And I totally don't mind if you guys clutter my journal. ETA: I totally forgot to mention that I went out with a highschool friend today. We went everywhere and found ponies! Except I couldn't find a Fluttershy. ): Or I would've bought her. I hope we get together again soon, so she can buy ponies, too. :
FoxMcCloud
I actually ordered myself a Large Poster, and a few stickers to put on some of my stuff. I plan on getting this made into a large poster to put on my dorm wall :

Sarita
I went to Target again yesterday... And I bought more ponies. :T I got the Luna and Celestia Canterlot Set. I rather dislike the tinsel in Luna's hair, and I took off the crown she was wearing. Celestia got to keep hers, because her hair is molded, and it's molded to fit the crown. It took me forever to figure out how the eff to open the box, but I got it. I also got a Twilight Sparkle.
Sarita
So I finally found Fluttershy! They also had Rainbow Dash, but I only had $7 ): Next time, cute little pegasi... They didn't have Applejack though, who is all I'm missing besides Rainbow Dash. :T After I'm done with that, it's time to start collecting background ponies! Cherilee I think will be next, and they had her at Target. (By the way, I'm getting my ponies at Target, lul. They're cheaper there.) Fluttershy's mane looks silly because they had it on the wrong side of her face! I had to correct it, and haven't had time to do a real flattening, so it looks kinda loopy. Sarita
Only three months between an update this time, not too shabby. I managed to find myself a job the day before class started! It's food service, not my ideal job, but it's less money my parents have to spend on me. And free sushi, too. Nom nom nom. It definitely helps with motivation not to have too much down time, but I'll probably burn out soon, thank goodness my first day off is Friday, hahaha. Immediately followed by opening and closing on Saturday, with a 4 hour break in between, hahahaha. The place I work only has 3 employees that aren't cooks, and one of them doesn't work weekends. So I'll be opening and closing totally alone! Maybe I can convince my friend (of pony adventure fame, who also works at the same place) to pick up another shift saturday and help me open or close. ;3; Work problems, lol. Sarita
I had another moment of "disregard bitches, acquire ______"... I bought a Ball Jointed Doll. She's an Obitsu, and is totally cute. Her wig and those shoes just came in today. The shoes are way too big, but my other option was entirely too small, so big it was. But her wig = <3 I love it so much, it makes her look so cute.
