Bio: Is loyal to anyone who is calling the shots (unless it's him), but will deviate to a new course if it seems right. (if that even makes sense)

Abilities: Quick Attack, Metal Claw, Aura Sphere , Detect, and many others. Able to use power of Aura to read minds, regulate, as well as manipulte them. Lastly in certain situations, he is able to gain more strenghth the more punishment he recieves while in battle.

Strenghth (s): (hmm...ill think of something...)

Weaknessess: Fighting, Ground , Fire and Chocolate!

Background: When he was young, he had run into a Lucario, and the two had become best of friends. One fateful day however, "stacker" had gotten into an accident involving a...Slugma. After he had been located an hospitolised, it came to everyone's attention that his body had sever burns; which would severly cripple him for life, and most likely die without advance medical care. That was when he was approached by the same Lucario he had met from long ago; and for the first time, it spoke to him. It offered itsself up so Stacker could live, at first Stacker resisted the offer; little did he had no choice, it was either die himsslef, or let his best friend help him by giving its own life. After finally agreeing, Lucario purformed a series of abilities and applied them to Stacker. Soon after what felt like hours, the Lucario seemed drained/exhausted; the two friends exchanged their fairwells, but the steel-fighting Jackal did something rather unexpected: It touched him with a glowing blue fire aroundit's paw and disappeared from sight! Stacker fell unconcious, only to have his mother and others wake him up, saying things and asking questions such as, "Are you alright?"

"How'd that get in here?

"Son, are you okay?"

Thats when everyone but Stacker noticed he was different now; instead of Stacker's fromer appearance, what lay before them was...a Lucario! Stacker recieved news and was shocked aswell; but only he really knew what had happend...sort of...

Days passed, turning into months, and years; Stacker-or *excuse me* Lucario had been getting used to his "new" self and had become integrated into the Pokemon ecosystem; he was recognized by everyone and everything as a Pokemon, not his former self (unless it was the people who knew him before the accident). (ill think up somethong else to put here soon) When he isn't battling or helping others train thier Pokemon, he would be exploring differnt regions (Hoenn etc.), fishing, reading, hanging out with friends, or locating and defending traces of Aura.

Build: Appears thin, but has mucle enough to "tustle"

Eyes: Bluish green

Hair: Brownish blond, Buzz-cut

Family: Son of Colonel Miles Quaritch, Mother is unknown (at the moment)

Alignment: Lawful/Neutral, Evil

Career: Officer within the Post-American orginization known only as The Enclave.

Personality: Rex is usaually a caring individual at heart, but shrouds it when duty calls for it. He cares dearly for the men and women under him (which has him requesitioning the best gear available for them to maximize their survivability). Being a memeber of the Enclave may make outsiders see him as sinister and even down-right evil, but hey, "Bad Guys" can have feelings too!

Abilities: Sicne he spent much time with his father at Nellis Air Force base, his father tought him how to fly a VB-02(Vertibird), and Rex became quite adept at doing so. He also became quit skilled in the use of firearms (namely Energy Weapons, as the Enclave primarily used soley Energy based Weapons). (any skills they may have learned over their lifetimes, from cooking to math to sword fighting to art)

Background:

Early life: Augustus "Rex" Quaritch was born in a family with a long military history. His father was enlisted in the armed forces, as was his Father's Father and so on. Originally born in the Western United States province of Nevada, his family had a very prosperous life. His father, Miles Quaritch was involved in the Resource Wars aswell as the Euro-Middle Eastern conflict during "The Plague Scare" (2052-2054), forcing young Augustus to live at home with his mother. The two formed a decently good relationship in absence of his father. Long after said conflicts were over, Miles was on leave and immediatly spent time with young Quaritch and told him about his time over seas (within enough truth. Army Regs and all that). Three years later, Miles had to leave for duty once more, as the Anchorage Line was drawn and tensions were at an all-time high with China. Soon after the Fortification of said line, the USA Annexed Canada (now refered to as "Little America") to get their troops to the Alaskan front, and to have resupply as well as fall-back points within Canada; should the Chinese push through the US forces stationed in Alaska fail.

Middle Life: While the war was in full-swing, a secret government group known as the Enclave forsaw the result of this war and began to send messages fro peopel to be accepted into underground facilities called "Vaults". But, large amounts of "important" people were called upon personally by Enclave representatives to tkae part in a glorious undertaking of "Keeping the American Dream Alive". Among these many individuals, the Quaritches were chosen as well. The Quartiches, other familes and many governement and industry personel (most were military familes, had military backgrounds or affiliations with gthe government and armed forces)were brought willingly or unwillingly to an old rig belonging to Poseidon Energy. Months later, the Chinese appeared defeated, when all of a sudden America was under attack, but not by boots on the ground, or mechinized units, but Nuclear Warheads! Soon the world became "Button Happy" and began causing a world-wide armegedon.

Semi-Middle life: When the world went quiet, and the Nuclear rains had ceased, the last remenants of what were believed to be "Pure or True Americans", refered to themselves as The Enclave. After a few years of recouperating, and consolidating what was left of the US, Enclave scouting parties reported that there were indeed inhabitants whom had survived the Nuclear holocaust, but had becomed deemed "expendable assests". Soon the Enclave mobilized and began to erect bases, outposts and the like all across the ravaged united States as best they could. Miles Quartich was assigned to Nellis Air Force Base and was aloud to bring his family along as well. Unfortunetly, young Quaritch's mother was killed in a "mutant" attack, leaving his father the only part of his family left. After a few years of the Enclave having a firm grip on the US, Augustus became an Officer under the command of his father at Nellis Air Force Base and he earned the nickname "Rex" (technically Wrecks), due to leaving enemy strongholds, which unknownist to Rex were actually civilian settlements, in utter ruin and destruction. A few months later, word was recieved by all west coast Enclave froces that the Poseidon Oil Rig was destroyed in a Nuclear fireball and President Richardson was nowhere to be found(who they are and where did they come from). Then without warning, the early form of the New California Replublic and BrotherHood of Steal began to attack the now disarrayed Enclave forces that remained in the west. After a few heated battles, the Enclave was in full retreat, but half of them were cut off from the other whom was retreating. Miles Quaritch was amongst those now trapped between the NCR and BoS, and with no way of escape, he and remaining troops on base and surrounding areas fought to the bloody death.

East Caost life: After months of being on the run, the Remnants of the Enclave that mangaged to escape the West continue to be hounded by the Brotherhood of Steel forces sent after them as well as the many Super Mutants, Deathclaws and other creatures. Soon, a Z.A.X. computer A.I. stationed within a former U.S. military base, Raven Rock, had adopted the name of "John Henry Eden", and contacted said Enclave forces and ordered them to rally and shelter themselves within the hidden base. There, he had made friends amongst the ranks, three of them happend to be an officer by the name of Williams, another by the names of Griggs (although Griggs had gone missing along with his squad one night and was never heard from again), and a Hellfire Trooper named D'vante Carville. Out of deperation to not be bored to death being cloistered within a subbterrainian base, until the all-clear was given by President Eden, he met up with a mechanic named Stiggs, and the two had a close relationship going on, and it luckily netted Rex with a job of finding parts for Stiggs' love for robots. This activity soon came to a dying end, soon all was dull and boring, if only for a while. When word arrived that someone and a group of individuals had gotten the Jefferson Memorial Water Purifier up running again, the Enclave scrambled to investigate. Rex immediatly volunteered to go along with a few others to the Purifier and cease it for the Enclave (anything to get out of the base for a while right?). He and his squad were to secure the front gate while President Eden's right-hand man, Colonel Autumn, were to "negotiate" with whomever was resposible for JM's repairs. As soon as contact with the Colonel was lost, Rex and his men moved with due haste, but were too late: Whatever happend at the scene had rendered Autumn unconscious and he took it upon himself to get his commanding officer out in one piece.

Battle for the Purifier As a reward for his efforts during operation Blackwater, he was given the Metal of Honor for going above and beyond expectations (not to mention saving the Colonel's tail). This was short lived however, a few hours later the base went on high alert and soon after that the evacuation order was given. Time was short, and thankfully Rex and a few other army personnel managed to escape the chaos that ensued within Raven Rock before said subterainian base imploded in a fiery explosion! Soon, he and the Raven Rock survivors met up with Colonel Autumn at Project Project Purity, Jefferson Memorial and prepared for an enevitable assault from the BoS. In the dead of night, forward scouts reported BoS forces on the approach, but little did the Enclave prepare for what death had in store for them. With out warning, they were under heavy assualt, and not by just BoS Paladins, but a Gigantic Pre-war Mechanized dealer of destruction! In no-time at all, the brotherhood had breached the outer perimeter of the P.P. . As the giant robot advanced on their position, a Vertibird was shot out of the sky and the explosion knocked Rex out cold, giving him a concussion.

Post-battle Two weeks after the Enclave's crushing defeat and the loss of Colonel Autumn at Project Purity, Rex awoke at the Enclave's new powerbase, Adams Airforce Base. (I think that should be pretty good for him)

THe only "bad" part of him would be that he was in the war that ravaged my "fictional Earth" and survived. Otherwise yeah, he's a clean slate ^_^

Strenghths: Has a bit of courage that other officers someitimes lack within a fight. is influencal over his men. Has a strange amount of Strenghth for a man of his stature.

Weaknesses: Flowers; befroe he had enlisted, he had married a nice woman, but she had not known about his allergy towards certain flora, instead of nearly killing him, the flowers induced a fit of rage, and he almost ended up killing her instead.

Bio: Born in Munich, Germany, he had grwon to like Snowy environments and had been sent to 2 Tundra theatres when he became an Enclave enlisted officer. Has been in 4 combat theatres; 1 has been a small failure. Is looked up by the men and women serving under him. He had gradually worked his way up through the ranks, eventually commanding his own large group of men and women. Before accepting him into being an officer, he had to volunteer for a top-secret project, and had been promised a slow and agonizing death, should he reviel said project's secrets. (yes, alot of my characters seem to be in top secret projects dont they? Well, if you want to know what they "did" to him, you'll have to wait and see.)
