There was an identical rumor last year involving an American developer that was pretty much the same that amounted to nothing.Though, if his development team were to make a StarFox game at the same level of detail and quality as the Okami series.... If you picked one, then whoop-di-do. If not, then don't bother saying it never happened; they made the game, it was released, so it DID happen, and stop bitching over how bad it is.
