Falco in Walled City?

Master Link

Recommended Posts

hello there! Well, I have a doubt... I've heard that is possible to make Falco appear on Walled City... But I finished the game [glow=red,2,300][shadow=red,left]more than 10 times[/shadow][/glow] and I didn't see him :falco: .-.

So, y'think y'can help me?

Nope.  SF-Adventures has many secrets, but that's not one of them.  I still can't make  :krystal: go on the roof of Krazoa Palace, and see the empty crystal on top of it.

You need to have an action replay to do that.  There's a "Moon Jump" code that allows you to fly upwards if you hold B down.  You just fly to the top if the palace, and there it is! A Krystal-less crystal!

Actually, it may be possible. Not sure if it is possible though a glitch without AR codes or emulators, but we do have Falco's Walled City voice clips in the media section of the main site:

Apparently, the final battle with Scales was to happen there before some genius decided to make Andross the villain instead.

I recommend you guys browse the SFAd section of the site if you haven't already. Lots of interesting things that Mr. K uncovered over the years.

SFAd was one hell of a hack-job.

Don't remind me... There are quite alot of Models, Textures, and Maps on there that I'd Kill to get my hands on. Though Sadly Ripping stuff from an Emulator is Difficult do to having to get alot of plugins and settings changed before you can finally play it long enough to even get a chance to rip something.

This was ripped Back in 2007, and The Textures didn't come up in the process. Sort of wish i had it, but its quality is a bit to low for my tastes...

Though with all the progress thats been made with getting the ISO working, We might be able to get some other models and textures eventually.

That looks more like the Krystal model that people use in Poser now-a-days...

It is, that's not a rip from the game.

I was told it was a Rip, I can barely Play Gmod with 3.0 GB of Ram. Let alone Be Able to Use 3d ripper Dx While using an Emulator at the same time XD

I Found it in an Old Krystal player model project last year Which I tried to revive from the bottom of the Facepunch Archives with barely any knowhow on Source. I wasn't even able to open the files that were provided by the previous person who was working on it last (Though I figured out how 2 weeks ago, and I wasn't happy with what i saw... )

But this is starting to get off topic...

No they didn't do that, Falco probably can't enter walled city unless you mod the hell out of the game.

Its just dropped content. Stuff they had in the game but never used. Its easier to just leave it in there than to actively clean it out.

Sounds like hax to me.

Either way, I would have loved to have seen Falco there, if it hadn't been for the Microsoft buyout rushing the game, we WOULD have seen it!

Except I believe companies are now. The whole "Hot Coffee" fiasco with GTA San Andreas, I believe it was, led to lawsuits, and the stuff in question was just left-over code from an older build. You had to use a hack to access it, but the game still became a PR nightmare for Take Two.

I suppose it depends on the game in question. The Fire Emblem series, for example, never bothers to clean out their dummied information even to this day. Then again, they don't try and sneak in Hot Coffee either.
