HECU or Black OPs

Sweet SF-O, this Lucario, and I was hopping we could talk. Im sure some of you have heard of or player Half-Life, HL: Blue shift, or HL: Opposing Force. There were two "Factions" from earth that the player encounters alot in thier travels: The HECU Marine Corps. and the CIA's Black Operations. So tell me, if both of those forces fought eachother, who would come out on top? Please vote on who you'd thin kwould win, and then please state your reason why you chose whoever you chose.

keep on mind, the Black ops had smaller amounts of "troops" ; the could get overwelmed faster than the Marines, and spent half the time running away from you. But im sure your reason are solid ^_^
