Would you be an Anthro from Star Fox or a Human?

Anthropomorph over Human.

I'm quite some kind of furry, but not the sort of "I was a animal in my first life" or the type of human who needs to run around with any animal related stuff on the clothings (cat ears, tail etc etc...).

Why I would be? Because it's StarFox of course! If you look into the franchise just close enough you never saw a human being in the whole franchise, because the "humans" are the characters you are playing. Anthropomorphs are nothing more than human related animals that can act in the same way we do in reality.

I would be my own character (see avatar, lol!) that I have created because she is the same person as I am, a "copy" of myself => my "fursona" :D

Those ones scare me a bit.

One of StarFox's best attributes: Not saying that anthros are any better or worse than humans, and not opinionating on humans. Other than that, it's the only series (that I know of) that is fur-only, or in other words, has an ENTIRE lack of humans in any way.

Well, unless you count the tie-ins with the F-Zero series.

Yeah. I wish I was something more exotic, but nevertheless, I'd be a wolf. I just  know myself too well. Call me generic if you will.

Heh, I'd probably be a liger

But then you'd be sterile!

They're like my favorite animal, evar!

But I don't know about sterility... Lylatians seem to be able to breed with each other.... somewhat.... Actually, does anyone know how that stuff goes down? So confusing...

I've always just assumed it works the same way Pokémon baby making works. The baby is of the same species as the mother, but has a minor chance of inheriting some of its fathers lesser traits like color or whatever.

But all Pokemon lay eggs. Most anthros are mammals, and that means...

Well, you know...

But what about Mammal x Reptile situations? What happens then?

And what if the mom is the mammal?

AH'M SO CONFUSED

Well, here's what Robert was getting at, I'd be sterile because ligers are sterile naturally.  They can't have babies on their own much like mules, but that's a good thing and a bad thing, the bad thing, no kids, but I can do it all the time XD

I was just talking about mixes of animals in Lylat don't seem to be steril, like here. *shrugs*

Such is the flimsiness of anthro when it comes to actual reproduction.

Indeed. Although from the looks of things, Lylatians tend to erm... "mate" with species that are at least similar to them, such as Slippy and Amanda, and Fox and Krystal, although I have no idea what kind of fox Krystal is supposed to be, considering the fact she's blue. But obviously they can have a kid, as evidenced by Command.

But yes. I suppose they just have relationships with species of there own, perhaps because they have more in common, like human relationships.
