A lot of what is being complained about here has two sides. We have to look at both sides before taking an action. Just because you're offended doesn't mean I can censure or ban the person who said it. Especially if one of your responses was on the same level.

I never said give them the ban hammer. If you asked me, I would've said keep note of it and if it becomes too persistent, confront them. It's as simple as that and what mods are for, but the mods haven't being doing that to my knowledge. This thread is proof of that.

Also, it may just be because of your work, but that last statement seemed threatening and offensive. Just letting you be aware.

Alright. There are users on here that I believe require a little talking to, and since no one has listened to those who complained, Im going to speak out now.

Im not leaving this site, but there are friends of mine who have left this site due to the conduct of some members and I have had it. Staff, where were you when they needed you? There have been at least four diffetent near flame war situations where you havent intervenned or even talked about, and these things are usually up for more than a week. Are you doing your job or getting lazy? I want to know, because now I dont. I realize some mods have almost no time at all to get on, and that is understandable. Its also unacceptable for the higher staff to not appoint a stand-in.

Even I have made some cpnduct that I must apologise for and have, BUT NO ONE SAID ANYTHING. Only those I offended talked to me and thankfully those situations dissolved peacefully. But there are others where users on this site have shown no mercy.

Im getting sick and tired of people getting away with trolling. I would love it if more mods and admin that are capable are apointed.

Ever since August, Thing's havn't been easy for alot of us that still remain here. The Rp section Died when the Hotel and Bar were trolled and forced to be thrown into the Archives, which I'm not going to lie about, it is the Main Reason why i havn't been here lately. Everything was going fine until Milky and Rob made that first Statement in its Discussion, we were all enjoying ourselves and we WERE managing everything on our own and halted it if someone needed a break.

Bullshit. You don't even want to know how many people rejoiced because we brought that messy, unfair piece down. The sweet, sweet number of PMs celebrating the fall of the one thing keeping them from enjoying themselves on the forum. You, Kursed, and like 2-3 other people were the ONLY ones who liked that thing, it needed to be done. If you can't fucking deal with it being replace with a cleaner, improved version, that's your problem, not mine, not DZ, not anyone's. Get the hell over it.

And a bit of the uneasyness did fade, but you guys had to be kids and cry your way through Pm's and f***ing false facts just to get your way... If you didn't like how we did thing's there, Don't Role play...

This also goes towards the RP section....people constantly putting in their two cents....when they RARELY even make a post worthy of RPing, and complain cause they either don't interact. Then they make comments on how an rp SHOULD be run, when again, they hardly interact themselves. I know I am beating a dead horse, but honestly, that is the reason a lot of our role players have moved on to other sites to fill their role playing needs.

But Julius leaving is unacceptable and if it truly was their fault then that is a very big offense and something that shouldn't be forgiving. And DZ and Steve haven't been doing anything to stop it.

That too is something I hated to hear, our more ACTIVE user....turned away because he was going through a serious problem, and yet, no one but a handful of members cared. I miss him and hope he is doing ok, but damn it to the people who scoffed and turned their heads. He seriously told me he wanted to end it several times cause of it, and again, few cared, saying there were no facts and it is just a phase.....IT IS NOT A FRAKING PHASE.....people seriously kill themselves cause they cannot understand themselves on issues such as that and feel they have no one to talk to....luckily he had a few of us willing to lend a helping ear and encourage him to keep holding on, to hold onto life and know that someday he'll be happy. DRL brought what happened to him on himself, really. If you would take your own advice and actually look at his thread, you'll see I said one thing that could barely be construed as hostile, and he proceeded to insult the hell out of me. What happened after that was simply a domino effect, with me replying to him in a much more courteous manner than he was to me.

My final word is that I, or the others, are not trolls and the issue behind the Kursed Brigade leaving is CONNECTED to me but not necessarily my fault. 1. I cannot mod this place by myself. That is why we have moderators. They are not perfect. Mistakes are made from time-to-time.

2. Warnings are just warnings. Why you guys are making a big deal about them is beyond me.

3. I'm generally pretty open to criticism, yet you people forget that (look back a couple of pages and see the "watch them lock this" posts).

Once again, I'm not saying they're making mistakes, I'm saying they're not doing enough. A way to alleviate this is get more mods (that are capable like the current ones) and have enough time to put in to this.
