You mean the regular sniper rifle.

The Demon counter part eliminates everything in one hit, just like it's Launcher cousin.

No, I mean the demon sniper, it kills everything in one hit, arwings tanks, you name it... but it leaves wolf with a sliver STILL!!!

Edit: you got me wandering if my memory is corrupt, imma plug my wii in an double checkaroo!

Edit again:

Dangit... All this time I've thought it was stupid that it wouldn't kill him... but just now I realise I was playing a friend who likes turning handicap on high for teh lulz just before a game starts so noone sees it... Kills him 1 hit without handicap, but with it... he has the tinyest sliver of health.

Everyone, but Falco's my most used one  Though I like Krystal's barrier special she has. Wolf is overpowered in my eyes so if anyone is using him, I use him too, just for getting a fair battle. I only killed Wolf with Falco 1 time, but that was just luck I guess because I always dodged most of the time XD

I don't think Wolf is overpowered. My friends do always use him. Accept one, he always plays Krystal. I can still beat them easily.

As I have said earlier: your skill does not make Wolf any less OP. He flatout has better stats than everyone else all around.

Peppy is my main. That charged up shot makes him a pro assassin. [Ofcourse, I have to fight my brother who uses Slippy most the time.. the battle could go either way!!]

And speaking from my experience, I think Slippy could be tougher than Wolf simply due to the fact that: though Wolf has higher HP, Slippy's 2x charge on the blaster gives him a huge advantage in direct combat. [could take that hp down in mere moments]

I also think the 5star on the Landmaster would let him take out Wolf's 5star Wolfen skills.. (From my observation, it's easier to shoot down planes in the tank. Though mostly it DOES depend on the stage in which you play..)

When it comes to Fox and Falco though, Wolf beats them where it matters, so I think the two are pretty much useless against him. |D Even if you were playing with the "sure shot scuffle" setting.

Krystal ... Hmm ... Nobody here really uses her so I can't say for sure. She'd probably be a pro at sure-shot-scuffle though with her 2 barriers.

She is. I use her for sure-shot. You don't start out with the

barriers but once you get your tail handed to you the first time,

you'll spawn with 2 barriers every time which means it'll take 3

hits to kill you if you are quick on the 'b' button while shooting.

That's a huge advantage over the other characters who all have only 1 shield

which means they only take 2 hits before falling.

'course, if someone has a gatling gun in your face, you're screwed no matter what you do in sure-shot

Krystal is somewhat underpowered compared to the other characters it seems. Her 2 barriers seem to be what keeps her in the game. Despite that and despite losing many matches I play I still play as her. That first life is always the hardest, after that it's a little better.

I use Falco, mostly because I like to make a mad dash for the Arwings. I also use Krystal when I want to do some sniping.

I like to use either Krystal or Fox during matches. I like using Fox because he's the Mario of the group, basically the most well rounded out of all the things you can do. I like to use Krystal because of the two shields she receives, it gives me an edge when it comes down to the wire at the end of a game.

When I used to play Assault's MP, I usually used Fox or Peppy :P

She's overpowered in sure-shot scuffle mode :P

I've never tried that mode. Probably a good thing though, I'm already accused of cheating as is.  :hehe:

*sigh* all this tak about Assault Multi-player is kinda making me wish there was an Emulator of Some sort that link to other players on the internet, in a way like a IM Video chat room or something...

That would be awesome, or a bot system that some games have. Something to do other than the story mode if you don't have any friends to play with.

This actually could have been possible if the planned LAN multiplayer was added to the game.

I'm very good with Krystal. She's a bit faster than Fox and I think she's better on-foot.
