The House of the Dead 4

We all know on this site that we want ourselves a SF sequel, maybe a prequal, some of us are looking forward to the release of the long-awaited Duke Nukem Forever game, some of us maybe want to see a reboot of a old game franchise that hasn't been around since the 1990's or 80's (Kid Icaras...I'm looking at you.) but...for some reason, I'm probably the only user here that wants one of the favorite franchises that was released ONLY in the arcade to be released to a home console. That game is "The House of the Dead 4"

As you know, House of the Dead was always one of my favorite horror franchises...WAY before I liked Resident Evil. I like most of the characters (Isaac Washington, I don't know if SEGA was high or something...), the gameplay of on-rail shooter of killing zombies that are coming to you, the graphics...I could go on forever about this.

At the time House of the Dead 4 was released in the arcade (2005 or 2006), it was popular that most people over the internet say 'We want a HOTD4 game to be on *Insert console name* '. however though...SEGA had no plans on making this game for the home console as they did with the other games. I know this game will not be on the Wii because it wouldn't handle that much graphics, the possibilty of this game is probably going to go for the Xbox 360.

The only time I heard SEGA mention about making this game on home console was "If Ghost Squad or Overkill sold enough copies, we could make HOTD4." back in 08, 2 years have passed and no announcement has been made yet, was it a lie SEGA that you have other projects to do that suck like Sonic Unleashed, Sega Superstars tennis, Nights: Journey of Dreams?

What do you think? Do you think we'll ever get this game on the home consoles anytime soon or do you think it's not going to happen?

I wouldn't be surprised if it did, since in some parts of the game you have to shake your gun up and down to break free from the zombies. I'm sure if this game came on the Xbox 360, I'm sure that Microsoft or SEGA will make a gun controller for the game...there really is no way you can play the game without having to shake your gun, plus pressing the buttons to throw a grenade.
