Everything that I have, pretty much.  It annoys me how many people aren't thankful for what they have...

My friends IRL and on SF-O, the fact that my life didn't spiral out of control due to drug abuse, my job is pretty good. One thing I'm not thankful for is that many people in my squad are idiots and are dragging us down with them. Thanksgiving in Canada is already over however.

I never liked these stupid holidays. Firstly because it leads to vomit inducing comments like the ones above, but mainly because we live IN THE 21st CENTURY! Who here acctually has havest time as a meaningful point in their lives? Anybody?

Seriously Sabre, if you don't like this, why take your precious time to go into the thread and read it, just to insult it, especially after that big thread you made on blocking threads like this.

Just leave it alone!!!!!

He twists, turns and dodges! In other words no. It isnt important to you, and most likely to anyone else in the forum and yet you insist on banging on and on about it out of flawed, stupid idea of tradition. The same idiotic savage mindset that is holding us back.

The reason I like this holiday is because I actually like my family, and I'm thankful for that. That is a trait that I feel is sadly slipping away from people. It's one of the few times of the year that I can get together with my entire clan and actually spend time and talk with them, instead of wasting away in some college dorm room with some roommate I hate.

The holiday reminds me that there are people who love me and care about me, and not just the uncaring idiots who think they are better than everyone else that I have to put up with everyday.

Pretty much this. Almost everything I have was the product of someone else.

/Missing the point completely. =

Sabre, come on, don't ruin a topic with undue pessimism. Do it again and I'll have to warn you.

Good thing it's all due then.

And you don't already have enough holidays for that? Christmas is a few weeks away, just wait for that. You will be flying to your pairents for a week or whatever, fly back, then flying to them again. Why? Because tradition? It's your time and money your wasting. Not thankful for that I take it.

I also find it funny when the most hedonistic and self absorbed nation on the planet starts telling the rest of the world they are ungreatful. That's the cherry on top for a cake made of idiot.

No, it's not. If he enjoys seeing his family enough to not mind two trips near each other, then it's very well not time and money wasted, is it? People have the right to celebrate holidays regardless of your own pessimistic opinion on them doing so. Insinuating that they are wrong for doing so just makes you an ass and is in no way adding anything to the thread other than your own goddamn elitism.

Get out.

I am thankful for my intelligence.

I am thankful for my ability to craft and makes stuff.

I am thankful for natural red hair and how it makes me feel like an individual.

thank you runner

but anyway, I'm thankful for all I have, and I don't ask for anything fancy.

Ha. That depends on what you consider 'fancy'.

I am thankful for my intelligence.

You had to work for that.

I am thankful for my life.

Everybody has that.

I am Thankful for my friends here on SF-O and IRL. Even those that have become very good friends of mine from here. I am also thankful for my family, as they have done alot for me to get where I am today in life. I will be glad to have a sit down dinner with all of the family.

I'm thankful for my family and loving parents who've put up with me since I was born.  I really couldn't ask for better people who've raised me (and bailed me out financially when I've f*cked up).  I'm also thankful to have enough food and a room over my head.

Btw, ANY post from now in this topic that isn't on topic at ALL or argues about being thankful can and will be deleted with warning...since there has already been two warnings by a mod and I've already had reported posts in this topic.
