I'm glad. :3 I...actually haven't had the recipe in years. XD Congenital blood sugar disease, and the cookies have an obscenely high glycemic load.  But they are such a nostalgic memory.  I once tried to make them with sugar substitute (xylitol, plus a tablespoon of molasses to make up for the absence of brown sugar), but they have so much butter in them too...and with the high carbs of the sheer amounts of grain involved, it didn't make a huge amount of dent in the glycemic effect - at least, not enough of one.  It would be nice to have the cookies again someday with all-low-glycemic ingredients.  But yes, even the dough alone without chips is sinfully tasty.

By the way, I've never really quite...understood the appeal of white chocolate.  It's cocoa butter (which is itself white and flavorless), but without cocoa powder (which has all the flavor distinctive of chocolate).  So is it a texture thing?  Sorta like tapioca, which is flavorless in its basic form, but people eat it for the texture...and the sugar and vanilla that goes into it.

I see.  Harder than it may sound, but it may help to stray your mind away from the memories for a few moments to retain that upbeat emotion, such as diving your mind into music you are listening to, or going out for a walk/jog.  Preferably, speaking to someone is the best alternative in getting some stress and things off one's mind. :)

For your ignore list, you might want to consider Xort. There is still some doubt in my mind that he isn't a sock puppet for Milky as he shares IP addresses and all opinions. The few times they have talked or had a disagreement almost always provides a suspisously suportive argument almost like a strawman.

Wow!  Seriously...let go of that issue for once.  I've met both in person and if I could give you an online affidavit SWEARING on an Internet court of law (too bad no such think exists) then I would.  And it's suspicious sounding because they can collaborate with each other...easier to argue that way.

Also be warry of User. Simply put, he's a friend of those 3, and the group together was nicknamed 'golden children' back during a drama on account of then being seen as never doing any wrong due to Users mod status. On the same note, avoid IM exchanges as they will attempt to bully you 'off the books', and if you do be sure to keep a copy paste record. Turns out User is paranoid and keep all IM archived, and will selectivly quote from it to make a point.

This has got to be among the biggest loads of crap I've ever read on a message board in my 4+ years of modding/admining several websites.  First off, the only one that gave that nickname was yourself.    Secondly, when it comes to this so called "favoritism" (of which you have NO evidence for other then your word which holds little water as it is) did either you or Dermot NOT see me telling Milky that I'd ban his ass if he didn't STFU in that one topic?  In fact, Milky's temp ban was mainly due to ME so I could get everyone to calm the f*ck down.  So don't give me any of this favoritism bullshit.  Thank you.  Oh, and btw, if having msn automatically keep records of my chat logs by default is me being paranoid...well, then I guess I'm guilty as charged.  Slander and attacks against MY character will not be tolerated.

Well, actually, it's kinda worse when someone mixes in occasional sound logic with (what at the end of the day is) abusive treatment.

A simple troll is obvious.  Haven't you ever heard the phrase "Obvious troll is obvious"?  A more advanced troll will not always seem troll-like, and may be quite bright, but still has trollish effect.  I've met many, many highly-intelligent trolls in the past, and it's the smartest ones that know how to inflict the most damage.  They sometimes reveal themselves either when they've become bored, or they've run out of ideas, or have been decisively cut off from the target(s) of their trolling.

I've dealt with my fair share of trolls and troublemakers over the years as well as a mod and admin as well and while you are correct with the "level" of trolling when it comes to intelligent and their actions you are forgetting one important thing.  The ability to discern whether one is actually trolling or actually trying to be HONEST and truthful about the whole thing.  I've known Rob a lot longer then you have and I can 100% ASSURE you that I know when he is trolling and when he isn't.  He's being trying to reconcile with you to an extent and be honest for the last few days and you're the only person who takes offense to what he says regarding this interaction with you.  But don't take my word for it...maybe we could run a staff panel and take a vote on whether or not Robert, in this case, is being a highly advanced troll or is being the opposite and trying to make progress hmm?

Interesting how you're pointing that out just right after his post...he obviously isn't on your ignore list since it's pretty obvious you are reading what they are saying and then replying with such comments afterwards. If he was truly on your ignore list (as well as other people) then why the heck are you replying and strongly implying that you've read their posts.

You're 100% correct and I know for a fact that you would get majority staff consensus (if not unanimous) on this issue and I have yet to see another person take Dermot's side of the story and all he is doing recently is calling other people trolls when he clearly doesn't know how to discern trollish behavior.  That being said, I'll have to ask both of you to drop this subject (and in other topics as well) as nothing further will be good from arguing like this, whether you're right or wrong.

Also, why the heck is this topic still open?  I would have expected something like this to be locked a long time ago.

Case in point, take public accusations (whether founded or not) off public areas of the board. 

Lastly, and this applies to EVERYONE.  Do NOT start topics that are meant to draw attention to oneself and has a very high (or inevitable even) risk of starting drama. All of you should really know better then that.
