Four-eyed Vulpine
Well, thus far, everything else together outdoes dial-up on a 4 to 1 ratio. As if I didn't have enough reasons to change, I guess I REALLY need to upgrade now...
Inuyasha
DSL. It works, and it's not noticeably slower than cable, but it IS cheaper, so.... -Inuyasha

Fox P McCloud
unfortunately I'm stuck with 56K. There is no broadband offered (at all) where I live. (well, except satellite, which I dislike greatly...plus it's really expensive for the speed you get). However, there is a strong possibility of a wireless internet tower being built about 3-5 miles away from my house, so I'll definitely be subscribing to their service once it is up and running. Long live the 56Ker, for he hates his situation; let 56K itself die a sudden and horrible death once broadband is universal.
Ludvig11
56k is kinda good compared to what I had before my DSL.. and I know someone who got alot worse<<...

Four-eyed Vulpine
I may have to end up having a second edition of this poll in probably six months. Geez, it's like we all vote for what we have, and then we all upgrade!
Inuyasha
no wifi option? Wi-fi isn't a type of internet connection. It just connects you to your router, which connects to your ISP. The poll concerns ISPs. -Inuyasha
