Vulvokunvrii
Hey there SF-O! its been tooo loong! Ill get to the point: What is about foreign music? I love it! Mabye its the fact that it is new and different from the stuff you are used to listening to, i dunno...i could be wrong. I mean, half the stuff i listen to is usaully without words, "old" music, or music from another country. What say you?
Dublinthefox
I love foreign music! The most I'm really into is J-rock (Japanese rock), but most of the J-rock songs I've listened to are from anime. I'm also a fan of some Swedish and German music. Can't really seem to remember some bands though.

Matrilwood
Well if it's not Foreign it's usually American, and I absolutely HATE their taste in music; to the point where I can't possible express said hatred in words. Older stuff is alright but anything beyond 2000 is horrid.Let me put it another way, if you only had a choice in a food product that tasted like ear-wax and something else, I'm sure the other would be your favorite food.PS: If you even think about mentioning that food has nothing to do with music I will personally tear your ears off and then see how much THEY have to do with food. ThePointingMan
"Whatever" is my opinion, just cause a form of music is popular in a location, doesn't mean it's location's music, you could probably find any kind of music in any country with access to a computer. Some Genres in ANY place.

eman96
Well, I like to listen to J-Core (which is Japanese Hardcore Techno), Japanese Speedcore (which won't be everyone's kind of taste ) and many other genres from different countries.I also like to listen to a lot of Electronic music and I've noticed that most of the artists are from Europe. Sarita
Well except itunes. I tried to find some J-rock songs on there and they weren't there or weren't available. You have to have a Japanese iTunes account/a Japanese iTunes card. Go to JList.com and search for the cards, and it tells you how, if you're interested. On topic: I like all sorts of foreign things, and I like local things. I like things. JLCL00
Most of the stuff I listen to are from other countries (Italo Disco, Power Metal(at least when concerning those not from the US), J-techno, German-techno, etc). I don't want to make a full list of foreign songs since, like I said, I listen to a lot of it.For the more traditional music, I don't have a particular favorite genre or song except Mehndi Lagake Rakhna. It played in the episode "Tootie Goes to Bollywood" from Drawn Together, which was originally from a Bollywood (Indian-made) movie. When I first encountered the song, I was hooked.I guess it's all thanks to listening to some of the radio programs on GTA: Liberty City Stories. The Shaper
If it's not pop music (okay some pop music is good but most I don't like) and it sounds good to me, I'll listen to it. I don't have any set opinions on where music is from, it doesn't matter to me. Although I do love traditional Japanese and Chinese music, Arabic style music is good too.
