LoneWolf
BUMP My love of Protomen decrees it. Makeup and Vanity set has some cool songs. He does 8Bit remixes of Protomen songs, among other things. So, protomen do a rock opera series based on Megaman 1 (8Bit for the NES and arcade)
ThePointingMan
No castlevania stage 1 yet? Also what's the wolf dude in your signiture. Dont remember him from Contra. Fang, from "Contra: hard corps" for the sega Genesis/master system/whatever. Also just happens to be my Favorite Contra, egad it has an actual storyline that isn't in an instruction book, where you get to choose your path, something like 6 endings. Beau Skunk
The original NES/Famicom version of that theme sounds better to me personally. (No offense.) Still cool though. "Pollyanna/I Believe in You" is probably one of my favorite 8-bit NES themes. Those old NES synths may be pretty dated by now, but they are still pretty pleasent-sounding to me, and definately miles ahead of the Atari bleeps, and such. DoctorAllosaurus
I really need to finish that game. IIRC, the last thing I did was get the teleport spell.
LoneWolf
For those of you who love your videogame music, there's a group called OCRemix out there that remixes video game music, everything from 8-Bit to modern classics. It's all there. DZ also has some stuff on there. All their songs are FREE OCREMIX Now that that's done... BEST 8BIT LEGO VIDEO EVER
Sabre
I could recommend some great 8 bit artist/albums, but despite being free forums seem to pull the links for fear of being branded as pirates or some other dumb crap. Given how paranoid this site is, it's best I don't mention it. Here's a youtube link to 1 track (as well as a vid only I seem to love.)
