fox1235
get a video off a DVD and then upload?
LoneWolf
You're going to need a DVD ripper to get it off the DVD. Now, as far as all that legal nonsense, you're on your own. If it's copyrighted, uploading it to say, YouTube won't get you in trouble, but uploading a movie to Rapidshare or another BitTorrent site can get you into trouble. ANYWAYS, there are a few good DVD rippers out there. What kind of video are you ripping and what kind of "upload" do you mean. "Upload" Is a very general term. Sarita
Do you have one of those newfangled cameras that records to DVD instead of digital? That's what it sounds like you mean, to me. If that's the case, it should've come with software that should help you out.

DZComposer
You need DVD ripping software. Since they're "home" video, you don't need one of the legally dubious encryption-cracking ones.
