Milkyway64
So much argument over a game's cover art... this will cheer you up! It's not. It's an argument over more broad directions the series and Krystal can go in, as well as said things on the industry as a whole.

Zzz
Calm down, ladies. Daayum! Anyway, I knew the japanese boxart reminded me of something…
ARWINGCOMMANDER 3987
Because stories and plots help in entertaining. Ever played Mother 3? THAT'S a good example of how a plot can enhance or even make a gaming experience. Why, no, because Super Mario Bros and Legend of Zelda and Metroid and a WHOLE FUCKLOAD OF OTHER GAMES managed it! Hell, STAR FOX 64 managed it and IT'S better than the games with your precious sex appeal characters. Interaction. Has nothing to do. With boobies. Want proof? Think about how much people like Krystal. People, not furries. Hear all those cries? Hear those angry laments over how she ruined the series? Hear how it totally makes you look like a fool and trips your entire point here RIGHT on it's face? Yeah, I hear it too. And it's music to my ears. I take it back. FoXX isn't the one with an overfed ego, you are. Yes, boobs DO have something to do with interaction; Something nice for people's eyes to look at while they're playing the game. So what if certain people only PLAY THE GAME because of a buxom female character? That still gives them something very important; a reason to play the game. Oh, excuse me, but furries aren't people? Last time I checked, "people" means "a body of human beings considered generally or collectively". What's the furry fandom? A group. A group of what you may ask? Of people. Why not accept the facts and stop going on and on about how self-righteous you are.

So what if certain people only PLAY THE GAME because of a buxom female character? That still gives them something very important; a reason to play the game. /interaction /merely looking NOT SEEING HOW THIS CONNECTS BUT OKAY. I've been over this so many times and not a single damn one have you tried to use examples or logic to put me in my place. You're effectively going "LALALAL I'M RIGHT YOU'RE WRONG" and it makes me sick. Also, I'd like to point out how hilarious it is that you've jumped around so much. I thought a minute ago, Krystal was a dignified gaming female? Now you're arguing that all she helps with is upping the maturity by putting boobs in for furries to stare at? Admit it, you've lost. You've got nothing. You have no clear direction where you're going and no defense against anything I say. If I'm wrong about that, then show me for once all of this thread, thank you. Once more, interaction means something the player can, well, interact with. Making Mario jump is interaction. Carefully aiming and shooting a zombie in the head while is shuffles to you is interaction. Hiding in a dark corner behind barrels while an undescribable horror stalks you is interaction. -looking- at a scantily clad character frozen in ONE (1) position all game is NOT INTERACTION. Krystal STILL adds nothing to the game other than cheap arousal of it's male audience (mostly furries, even then) and saying "just because she's hot!" does NOT add any value to her character, role, or to the game in any way whatsoever. I could get the same effect with this: http://browse.deviantart.com/anthro/?q=poison%20girl#/d2rgzir Look! Look! She's in a bikini and attractive to male furries! This means that having her appear in my videogames where she doesn't fit in is a good move- oh wait. Goddammit lonewolf. Oh, excuse me, but furries aren't people? Last time I checked, "people" means "a body of human beings considered generally or collectively". What's the furry fandom? A group. A group of what you may ask? Of people. Why not accept the facts and stop going on and on about how self-righteous you are. Because this isn't totally dodging the point and taking what I said out of context. Let me rephrase: Interaction. Has nothing to do. With boobies. Want proof? Think about how much people like Krystal. People that don't happen to be furries, mind you. Hear all those cries? Hear those angry laments over how she ruined the series? Hear how it totally makes you look like a fool and trips your entire point here RIGHT on it's face? Yeah, I hear it too. And it's music to my ears. Butthurt less? Good, now maybe you can actually make a legit point rather than pointing fingers at me. I'm waiting. ARWINGCOMMANDER 3987
You're effectively going "LALALAL I'M RIGHT YOU'RE WRONG" and it makes me sick. Actually that's more what you're doing, just like you've done all the time. Shouldn't you be doing something more productive than calling everybody else idiots because of characters they like but you don't?
Asper Sarnoff
I think this argument have gone as far as it should before to many peoples feelings are sacrificed on the altar of debate. I might reopen it later, when people have cooled down a bit.
Asper Sarnoff
Aaand, re-opened again. Let's stay of the name-calling and let the discussion remain civil. Kapish?
Robert Monroe
In a nutshell: Krystal has contributed Zero substantial quality to the Starfox franchise since her introduction to it, substantial quality being story, gameplay, immersion, or some other form of content. Also that this thread got taken hilariously too seriously. You crazy furries.

Sluggsnipa
After extensive analysis of the SF Adventures box art I have found something that disturbs me. *In Austin Power's voice* Ah Slippy, you dirty bastard,I would do the same thing, only I would re-shag that furry ass! YEAH BABY!
