Hello SF-O! How is e eryone doing? i hope you are all well. I've ebeen thinking lately about, well, about names and their meanings (if any). So the question i have posed to myself i pose to you: "What do your Profile names stand for or mean to you?

for me: Reynard is another word for a male Fox (i will always love Fox McCloud ^_^), as well as a Trickster whom was depicted as a fox. He was also a deciever, and used certain forms of magic. So you'll neve rknow what who i truly am ^_^ (keep the enmy guessing). i may be hostile, and i may nto be. As one wise person once said, "Do i not destroy my enemy, when i make them my friends?"

But of course, none of you are my enemy ^_^

So, what do your proflie names mean or stand for, and what do they mean to you?

Please ecomment and enjoy!

El Zorro de la Estrella is Spanish for Star Fox, more or less k_e_animesweat.gif. I needed a name for the site and couldn't think of anything and wanted something that fit the theme of the site, and I enjoy the (Very ) minimal Spanish I know, and decided to utilize that to make a name. Unfortunatley, I didn't do it right so it translates to "Fox of the Star" if memory serves from when Kursed pointed this out to me. k_e_animesweat.gif

I stay with it cuz it makes me unique, you know? A minor error in a Spanish username just adds to my character.

Also, I used it cuz I couldn't come up with anything involving Krystal (remember I debuted when the site was still just a forum for the Krystal Archive). k_e_animesweat.gif

Well Dublin was the nickname I was given in high school by some of my friends. I don't know why they picked Dublin, but I thought it sounded awesome. I then decided when I first became a member of SF-O to add fox at the end. One reason was since this is a Star Fox forum it would sound cooler and the other reason is because I'm a furry and my fursona is a brown fox.

I chose mine because I like Allosauruses and I at one point was hooked on Dr. Mario.

My name is in two parts: wx is just shorthand for weather. Meteorologists LOVE abbreviations :P

fox4God is a lot more complex and has been an evolution of things over the course of the last 5 or 6 years. It developed as my nickname/fursona(?) as my faith started to really grow in my later teen years. In a nut shell, God used my obsession and fur-ish tenancies to increase my faith in Him. Perhaps sometime I will type more of this up in a journal, but that is the short version for now...

Guest Mr. Nintendo

My username is part of Mario's nickname (Read his profile in SSB: Melee) and also because I own quite a huge gallery of N64, GC and SNES games. I'm thinking about changing my username though...

Let's see...my username doesn't actually mean anything; while creating my first Youtube account I was extremely uncreative and thought that crazyfooinc sounded good somehow XD. Either way, I stuck with it on most sites :P

my name has a long history, so pay attention.

The dawn of my internet carrere was my name spelt backwards Relyt. After a why it got boreing, so i made a new profile called, Haymaker. Sticking with Haymaker for a while, i decided there needed to be change

So i went with alliterative mythilogical creatures, such as hellfirehydra, armeniananubite, Stupidsphinx,

Thern i thiought, wow that was a stooped idea and went with something new.

so, the first thing on my mind was food and blowing stuff up. Which is where Atomicpancakes comes in. Joking around with a friend one day, we were thinking up suybonynms for my naem. RadiatedPastries, NucleadedCrossants, and finally, ballisticwaffles was born.

Well, my obsession with wolves, and my favoring of lone wolves. That's pretty much what my name comes from!

Also, if you've looked, it says "SF-O's resident kerl" in the personal text area. This came from a book called "Fell". The wolves (Not werewolves or anthros, mind you. straight up wolves.) word for lone wolf is "Kerl". Kerl are shrouded in mystery and fear among the wolves, since most pack wolves fear the loneliness. There's actually a word for all the social statuses in the wolf pack, but I probably shouldn't elaborate for brevity. The Sight series is a very good series, worth a read if you like wolves and supernatural stuff.

I also go by TheBrickster, NoahTheBrickster, TheBrickster007, TheLoneWolf14, and sometimes Kerl where the name length is limited.

Well, this one time I went to Banff, and in front of this hotel was a statue of some dude pointing, and I was like, "SISTER OH MINE!!! TAKE A PICTURE OF THAT, THAT IS MY NEW AVATAR!"

There he is! http://thepointingman.deviantart.com/art/The-Pointing-Man-72918729

My name is made because if I ever become famous on the internet or IRL I want people to recognize me,to know who I am.

People should think about my name hard and long, thinking who I am and what I did. And I'm fascinated with Slugs and

I suck with the Sniper rifle.

Reynard I couldn't help but noticed you posted 6 straight times. If you want to quote each person individually you can do that all in one post by clicking on the "multiquote" tab in each of the replies you want to include in your reply (the multiquote tab will go black when it's selected) and then click on the add reply button in the bottom to include all those quotes in your message. Please do this from now on. :)

As for my name it's been my Laser Quest alias since 1997, although it got the quotes in 2005-2006 when I turned competitive and started to do all my traveling. It has also since become a second name for me in RL among most of my friends associated with competitive laser tag. As for why I choose that name...you're guess is as good as mine because I have no idea... :o

Samantha Weltzin was originally a character I made for Dungeons and Dragons, but has since developed into my main on FA and a couple other places. I also started writing a novel with her as the main character and got 150-some pages in before deciding that it wasn't going anywhere. I'll probably start it up again after some planning, but its current incarnation is dead.
