Fox-Shot
Hello everyone, I'm having a problem with my Xbox, It's happened since I got it, but it was really bad today, for some reason, today it was totally unstoppable once it happened. Now I know this isn't the disk drive, it's the fan on it. Any temporary fixes were to the fan. (Blowing on the fan with a can of air, lightly tapping the area where the fan is) Anyone know what's going on, is it simply something that I could shake out of the Xbox if I turned it upside down, do I need to just wait for it to go away, or should I talk to Micro$oft and see if I can send it in? Guest Mr. Nintendo
I'm not even sure Microsoft will continue to fix Xboxs...
sjrathbun812
I think I have an idea. If it's the fan, then the fan is probably clogged with junk. Like dust and hair and that can make it buzz and over heat. That happened to our Xbox 360. We cleaned the fan, and it doesn't do that anymore.
