Fluxy
A line art of my character Oscar. I don't feel like coloring husky fur, cause I just don't. So Yeah. xD
Fluxy
I did a sketch on live stream and wasted a good amount of time in my day.... Now you get to see like, 4 min of it. >.< http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ien8Qdfilnw
Fluxy
My ma really loves Maleficent, at least, I am darn sure she does. Like 98%. Either way, she wanted me to draw her something in my style for her birthday, and so... I decided this since her birthday is really really close to Halloween. I am late on giving this to her, sadly, but I really hope she likes it. http://fluxysentor.deviantart.com/#/d4f99fg

CrypticQuery
^ Looks great; the final product really turned out nicely! That background even perpetuates the mystique of the character :P
Fluxy
Fluxy do your characters have any powers? I actually hardly draw my anthro characters, but most of them usually don't. The only sci-fi character I have that has a 'power' would be Rynia, and that is the immunity to telepathy and mind trick powers, but then that also means she can't benefit from it either. My D&D characters, that I don't put here, do have powers, but not all of them. EDIT: Thanks to you guys for liking my art too!
Gestalt
I know that, but.... I suck? I mean, I thought I was doing alright with shading. I can't get that good at it all after only a few attempts... Didn't know it really sucked. Uh..who exaclty are u comparing your art too??...picasso your style is unique...and futhermore, your art is beyond the capabilities of many just check out my artistic genious of epic proportions right?! Fluxy
Please excuse my compliment...u have my sincere apologies...I recant Okay, here, thank you for your compliment on my unique style and that I am above the normal capabilities of the average person. That was nice, and the picture was funny to boot. Sorry if I upset you, but there is no point to quote something from a good two months ago and all. sjrathbun812
Just a random thought that came to mind. I think you should practice more at other parts of the body. You do a pretty darn good job at heads in my opinion, but the body could stand some work. I don't want to imply that I'm a "fantastic," artist or anything...I'm far from it. I just wanna be a helpful critique out there. Edit: By the way, your avatar is cute.

I know I can do much better with bodys, lol. I mainly focused like a noob on the portraits when i started, which is why It may sometimes be out of proportion with the body. but I am working on them more now! And again, I am sorry lord o Donnell. >.<
sjrathbun812
^ Lol, yeah. I thought that your last picture was actually better then the others. Just keep it up and you should get somewhere. Least, that's what I've been doing.

I actually tried a new little idea when it came to doing the design of the ears, and as well for the shading. And it's funny you mention you liking the shading, cause the way I did it was actually quite messy. xD It's not as cleaned up as it could have been, but I had to re-do this pic like... Twice or three times only due to technical difficulties. Dx Lol. BUT FINALLY, My photoshop decided to not crash, and windows decided I didn't need to completely wipe it again, so I got to get one of Umber out and on the web. Lord knows Yoshi waited wayyyyy too long for this! ...Sorry bout the rant. xD

Perhaps...But honestly, you do shading better then I do. It really doesn't look that bad in my eyes.

Fluxy
Lol, Shading isn't that hard. I still don't know too too much about the actual anatomy of the body, so doing proper shading is rather difficult for me, but either way, depending on what type of art you are doing, traditional or digital, there are many easy ways to shade. sjrathbun812
*shrug* What gets me with shading is that I don't think a whole lot where light would be shining on the object/character, so I end up shading things that aren't supposed to be shaded. So whenever I try to shade something, it kinda turns into a messy picture most of the time 'cause I don't know how to do it properly. I find it easier to do on the computer, but I can't do line art on the computer...So...
Fluxy
Birthday gift for my great friend Rex [yes, that is his real name] and he really likes lynx's, so this is my first release of a feral cat, not anthro. I know it isn't great, but I am really happy with how well this turned out. [Yes, I do realized I missed some anatomy, Lol]
sjrathbun812
The legs look really short, but if this is your first try, so yeah. It does look pretty good.
