Black-Cat Posted June 17, 2006 Share Posted June 17, 2006 Well, i think the blaster has power cells and the others just have bullets, the machien gun and missles, for the homign launchers and ect., that's what I think because the blaster doesn't run out of ammo, the others do. Other than that I do not know. I think the machine gun shoots bullets too. Not that any of this matters at all, but I guess we can still speculate for the heck of it. Anyone who knows anything about terminal ballistics would know that those bolts are moving FAR to slowly to penetrate if they were solid rounds. No, they have to be plasma or other energy type. Dark Fox Posted July 5, 2006 Share Posted July 5, 2006 the SW blasters use a volitile gas thoery to get thier power they relaese a small amount of highly unstable gas along the beam of light, thus giving them more power, like a plasma torch (exept a plasma torch dose not use a laser, just uses gas under enomous pressure at the nozzle) combine them, and there you go...the Guns in starfox probibly use a similar method, the best that I can tell.
