Redeemer
Why are scrambled eggs so popular? I mean... I hate them. Like, really, really hate them. But it's come to my attention that they're the most popular form of eggs. Why? D:
Rin
Not sure, honestly. I'm not really a fan of scrambled eggs. I prefer cheese omlettes actually. (: Perhaps it is because they're a bit easier to make than other kind?
Redeemer
But what can be easier than boiling an egg? I love those. I'll be having that later and tomorrow!
Wes
Because they're good.
"User"
Omelettes are full of win and the best way to eat eggs IMO. I'm thinking scrambled eggs are so popular maybe because it's easier to make large batches of them? I am not an egg cooker so I wouldn't really know. :/

Redeemer
I'm not talking about any other kind of egg, I'm talking about that abomination called scrambled eggs. I just don't understand why they're so popular. XD The texture is... eww, and for some reason I think they smell worse. This is my personal opinion of course. Regarding texture....VERY IMPORTANT when it comes to quality. Some scrambled eggs I've had are delicious. Others...not so much. Generally speaking, the more dry and less "slimy" the better. :)
CrypticQuery
I'm not entirely sure what it is with me, though I absolutely LOVE scrambled eggs, yet can't eat/smell/go near a hard-boiled one without gagging or something similar. Go figure
Snipe Lombradi
<_< I don't like them either but it might be because they're easy to make. http://www.starfox-online.net/uploads/monthly_05_2011/post-875-0-26039500-1304980679.jpghttp://www.starfox-online.net/uploads/monthly_05_2011/post-875-0-68507700-1304980713.jpg
Nope.
Oh... *Searches on Google* Ooooooh, yeah! "Uova strapazzate"! Personally, I don't like scrambled eggs and I actually don't know the reason. I mean... I don't like them, okay, but I can't understand WHAT I don't like about them. I just... don't like them. Simple. Those are awesome, IMHO.
"User"
Those are awesome, IMHO. I had some of those in a hotel in Chicago only they weren't sliced. I didn't like them that much because they weren't warm. Now if they were fresh off the chefs stove then it would be a different story. :P
Prince Elite
Because with scrambled eggs, the Milk content added to the egg increases the flavor, the fat content to be specific.

sjrathbun812
^ You probably ate to many when you loved them and now you hate them. As for me, well, I don't really love scrambled eggs, but I don't hate them either. I prefer fried eggs.
Vulvokunvrii
Heheh, i dont know why they are most popular. Like FoXXX said, "They are good." They go good between bread, a soft quesidia shell with Ketschup-and if you are relly ambitisious-cheese. Its also easier to "fork up" with a fork and it doesnt leak everywhere when you touvh it. ThePointingMan
I don't like scrambled eggs much, but if you make sure to add salsa and red peppers! They are delicious! As for the popularity, I think it's cause they go good with bacon and everyone loves bacon therefor scrambled eggs became popular, they mooch off their Bacon brethren of the round breakfast table. Prince Elite
And... does that make it more popular? Poached, Boiled and Fried has no additive. Scrambled on the other hand has milk, and like I said, Milk adds to the flavor. So the other three products are pretty much the same, and Scrambled eggs are different, plus you can add other things too them, like salt an pepper. It's more versatile i guess. I've never used milk in scrambled eggs, and I don't know anyone who does. You can scramble them just like they come out of the shell, without any additives and they taste just as they would with milk, I'm sure. (This assumption is based off me drinking milk with my eggs at breakfast time ) Scrambled eggs are actually my least favourite way to prepare eggs. I like them hard boiled the best. Because you can roll them in things like soy sauce and stuff and make them tastier, and they're so easy to carry that way.

Forgive me for saying this, but if you aren't adding milk to the eggs, then it's not scrambled eggs, you're pretty much making an omelet.
Sylum
I think the scrambled has more to do with the way you cook it. I know Im gonna cook it the same way whether i use milk or no milk and its gonna come out around the same. At least thats how I do it. dammit....*goes make eggs at 11:30*
