The O' prefix, meaning "of", is predominantly Irish. In the same way Mc/Mac, meaning son, is archtypical of Scotland. Leon is more of a "I know how your going to die." Kind of person. Panther, to me, is more of a Sniper character or falling into that area. Leon is, no doubt, the spy.
