sjrathbun812
This is not a lie. I just saw a trailer for it on my 3DS. It looks so awesome! Anyway I thought to make a topic about it. What are your thoughts? Here is a Youtube link:
Wolf O'Donnell
I'm so glad that there is finally a sequel! I was beginning to think there wouldn't be one. Interesting that it's on the 3DS, though. I wonder if the ghosts will be 3D?
Fureox
The ghosts don't seem like they have as much personality as the ones in the first game.

Guest Mr. Nintendo
The ghosts don't seem like they have as much personality as the ones in the first game. Gonna have to agree on that. Also, it makes me wonder if the boos will ever come back or not... And if I don't hear that catchy theme for wandering in the dark hallways...Fffffuuuu-
LoneWolf
Funny how Nintendo makes a sequel to a spin-off before they make a sequel to a primary series, StarFox.

And if I don't hear that catchy theme for wandering in the dark hallways...Fffffuuuu- I'd be really surprised if boos weren't in there, and seconded about the music... well, now that I think of it, perhaps not, the music in the first one was awesome, but if you wanna hear it, play the first one, just make a new tune that's equally as good! Also, to Fureox, how so?

Redeemer
Aw man, I don't care what anyone says, the first one was so much fun. I would buy this. <
DoctorAllosaurus
Looking forward to this, the first one was pretty fun and gets way too much flak.

I'm talking about this though: I'm fine with a remake of it but if Nintendo doesn't include this song in the second game, I'd be pretty damn upset about it. Star Fox Runner
I was really happy when they announced this. I really loved the original game, and the 3DS needs some good games. It's fitting its on 3DS, they originally experimented with Luigi's Mansion in 3D back on the GameCube, (it actually had a 3D chip built into the hardware.) Guest Mr. Nintendo
they originally experimented with Luigi's Mansion in 3D back on the GameCube, (it actually had a 3D chip built into the hardware.) According to a Nintendo Power interview with Hiroki Sotoike (Worked on F-Zero X and Wave Race 64) when asked "What features were you able to put in the game based on the fact that you were developing for the Nintendo Gamecube?": The first thing that we wanted to do was create dynamic lighting with really crisp shadows. Since hardware development for the Nintendo Gamecube was not complete at the time that we started game development, we were able to make requests for technical capabilities to be added to the new system. Many of the features that we asked for were adopted. You probably meant 3D graphics, not pop-out-of-the-screen 3D.

Guest Mr. Nintendo
I wonder what the plot will be. 10 bucks says that Mario won't come back and Luigi will have to rescue someone else. (Probably a new character for only that 1 game.)
ARWINGCOMMANDER 3987
Mario: It's-a me, Mari- Luigi: *boots Mario off the screen* This is MY game!! @The new ghosts: They don't seem to have personalities any different from the originals. Obviously they're new because Van Gore's back in his painting. @The story: Didn't they say there are MULTIPLE mansions this time instead of just one haunted house? Maybe Luigi will have to go to distant lands for certain worlds. Why else would there be an ancient tomb with a mummy coming out of the ground? sjrathbun812
My guess would be that E Gadd and Luigi continue there work for capturing ghosts. So they go to mansion after mansion, etc. Or something to that effect.
Dublinthefox
I'm good to hear that Luigi is in another game where he is the main protagonist. There aren't that many Luigi games that are good.....Thats right.....I'm looking at you Mario's Missing. <_<
