Harlow
Today, most of the country (Venezuela) had a 10-hour blackout. 3 AM till 1PM, No one in the city could sleep. It may look like an accident, which it was, but other factors just irk me: 1. The President authorized the bulding of energy-related industries on other countries, ignoring completely its own... 2. A minister blamed the own people for the blackout and other issues (WTF) Just publishing international news...
"User"
I've read articles in the past about suspicion concerning high level officials in Venezuela. Personally I don't really trust Hugo Chavez given what he's done in your country and the direction he's trying to take it in. His views on a lot of Western countries is dubious at best.
