Personality: Humorous, Well Tempered, Disaplined, and cares for the well being of his fellow Marines. May seem dronish at times.

Background: Pete Stacker was a military man by default, as was the result of living in a military family. His father had been a grunt for the United States Marine Corp. , while his mother had served as a fly-girl for the United States Airforce. Wanting to follow in his father's footsteps one day, he applied for the Marines first at the first oppurtunity, but was stuck in the reserve forces. Undaunted, he made the best of it nad made some friends along the way; he knew though, that some how, fate would lift him from the fall he had endured. Two years later, a special event had occured: A Resonance Cascade caused by a failed science project had gone wrong, and strange beings started to encroach on American Soil. He and many others who were true Marines, Reserves and all us Military branches were absorbed into one Military unit: The Hazardous Environment Combat Unit (Hecu for short). Soon after that bloody conflict, the United States was at it's weakest; its military forces were at their breaking points. This made her very vunerable to outside attack, and as fortune would have, she was indeed attacked. Russia an China, seeing their old adversary weakened by an internal conflict that didn't outwardly interest them desided to attack the US and take it's secret with them. Without warning or provokation, the US was overrun and stomped on wihtout much a problem. While the russians and Chinese roamed the US unchallenged by many, what remained of the US governemtn contacted it's European allies for help. Europe had it's own problems, China help them hostage by pointing ICBMs at major cities all across Europe and threatend to launch them if Europe so much stepped in to help Uncle Sam. As a last dtich effort to save their country, the government hatched a plan: they would send a cover strike force into the heart of Asia ( thats the area in which Kazakhstan, Russia, Mongolia, and China intersect), and detonate a Portal Bomb (a Portal Bomb upon detonation, causes a massive Portal Storm/explosion that covers an area the size of North Amercia and Australia combined. Stacker now promoted to Sergeant, was par tof the strike team that snuck in and soon had to fight their way to Bomb's drop-off point. Soon upon the bomb's countdown sequece begining, they had to fight their way to South Korea, to escape the blast Radius. Little did SK realize they wouldn't live to see the light of day. whereever the Hecu strike team went, would be lost in the Portal storm and resulting explosion. After successfully seizing a SK ship large enough to sustain tyhe renants of the amercian strike force, the ship's crew that were viewed no essential were executed and thrown over-board. Soon after the Storm raged through Asia, erradicating everything and everyone in it's path. Little did the united States know what was to come...

In the disasters that followed after the Portal Bomb, Earth came into contact with creatures from another side of the universe thought to be unreal. At first this force was monitored at a distance, but were seen as hostile, and the two sides started fighting. This side seemed to be anthropomophic in appearance, and wear right on Earth's doorstep. Earth being nearly defeated, despite technological advances after the Asia conflict, it wasn't enough. Higher-ups in both the government and military devised a last ditch effort to push the superior forces back. Bloodtox and a small hint of Blacklight was the answer. First initial tests had been to fight viruses in the New York crisis, but this time, it was reversed: Instead of fighting "simple" viruses, it would create viruses to eliminate the enemy far more efficently than a large army could ever hope to achieve. After successful "test runs" it was put into use and had the enemy on the brink of defeat, so close that a cease fire and and peace talks were established. Soon, both Anthros and Humans lived in a certain harmony. But uknown to Earth, the Bloodtox/Blacklight hybrid agent lingered and manifested itself into it's own virus. In a few days, people who had lived in the areas that had been bloodtoxed became sick. They started to change...they no longer possessed their human shape. Instead, they changed into Anthropomorphic animals. Majority became Lupine, Vulpine and others of the Canine Family. The "sick" were "treated" with anti-biotics, but despite the best efforts of the local doctors and medical facilities, the virus adapted and evolved to become immune to the anti-biotcs and spread beyond their ground zeros weeks later. Months passed, and Humanity, or what was left of it, struggled to find a cure as more people began their evolution, thanks to the virus man had created. It was soon found out after several attempts, the virus couldn't be cured, or even stopped for that matter. One scientist put it as,"It stops when it stops." It was also found out that the virus couldn't be detected either, and the symptoms were different per person. Man hoped to control evolution through science, only to have evolution control them.
