Sarita Posted July 14, 2011 Share Posted July 14, 2011 Problem with that is let's say I wanted to review Battlefield 3 and for some parts, I'm going to use footage from the game and some Linkin Park's IN THE END as music for part of the review. If I send an email to EA requesting that it's OK for me to use Battlefield 3 gameplay fooages, they won't respond unless your game was glitched up or broken. I'm sure I'll probably get a response from WMG or Linkin Park but VG companies like EA, Tecmo...whatever, I'm sure they'll just ignore it and continue their busniesses. Thing is, that falls under fair use. Where do we draw the line on what's fair use and what's violating this law? They're only going to complicate things with this.
