omg... i can belive it. Drawing furies is hard... doubly so from scratch. I tried doing a drawing of my fan-character a while back (the same character i'm ussing in the Sargosso RP). Out of 10 people in my class who all own a gamecube, only 2 could guess that it was supposed to be a fox, the rest thought it was a cat or something, and all of them at least KNOW about starfox from smashbro's, and a few who couldn't guess own Adventures too!

Heh, even worse, i tried to do a second one, and the first looks better... i think i'll just get about 30 pics of Fox next time, and use them as reference, lol. Can't wait to see your cheetah pic.

I knew people who thought Falco was not a Falcon (Hint: His name gives it way what species he is).

I'm almost done with my cheetah....all I have to do is color her and be creative with the dress.

Cool. Oh, and if you think the falco thing is bad, i have a friend who couldn't guess what SLIPPY is (good lord, his last name says it all!) At least they figured out Fox, lol.

I tend to do pencil sketches myself, and add a ton of detail... i need to scan my fancharacters first sketch, and do a bit of editing on the PC (i need to cut some notes i had on the side of the sketch about him off, they take up a lot of space, so it'll shrink the pic a bit.) Although now that you mention it, mabey coloring mine in wouldn't be a bad idea. I'll have to do that with the next one.

I sketch, draw lightly and, sometimes use circle when drawing the arms and leg's. It get's harder when I start using angles and poses.

I just can't do drawings of characters that way. I have to have a concrete example of some sort i can use for reference. I just drew a pencil sketch of my fan-character, the same guy i'm ussing in RPs. I had to have about 3 different pictures of Fox to use as a general reference while drawing. I think it turned out pretty well... I'd post it here on SF-O, but my scanner isn't working right now.

Poor guy.

I remember when I stared drawing, I sure did not have a scanner a year ago. So yeah, it sucks having to miss out.

Well, i just got some good news on the scaner. It's working just fine. The software for it just got uninstalled. So now i have to unplug it, find the disc with the software on it, and reinstall it in JUST THE RIGHT ORDER.... otherwise it'll bomb on me, and i'll have to uninstall, and reinstall from scratch... but first i have to find that dang disc...

He hugging her legs.

She's on the ground hugging her knees, that's a great pose. That's all I can give right now.
