Hey there SFO! I was in the Neighborhood and I just wanted to talk about Fallout 3!

So here it is: Did or does Fallout 3 remind you of Starwars in anyway? I can think a few reasons and examples, but I wish to hear what all of you want to say, so I am all ears!

Fallout 3 did not remind me of anything. New Vegas however reminded me of the 50s and Elvis.

Really? Like the Enclave didn't remind you of a beefed up 50's version of the Empire? For some reason thats what Enclave reminded me of. THe BoS reminded me of the Rebels. Except i dont mind the rebels.

Like the Enclave soldiers were beefed up stromtroopsers, Enclave Officers were imperial Officers and Autumn was like Moff Tarkin and Darth Vader or something.

Some Parts yes, to an extent, the ones you mentioned.

No. The only way the enclave are like storm troopers is that they wear armour and sound like they are talking through a filter.

As for the 50s, there is a good reason for that. Before the bomb, the world of fallout was the future according to the 50s. As one of the games sums it up "Fusion powered cars, robots that walk dog, and peaceful exsistence thanks to the mircles of science."

A lot of things can be made to appear similar to Star Wars, with a little effort, and vice-versa.
