Andross, in my opinon.

It was a tough choice between him and Star Wolf on Venom, I did always look forward to fighting them, but I couldn't help but let Andross take the win, since the pretty sweet part when the music changes to "Andross' Brain" when Fox says "So Andross, you show your true form.", that's probably one of my favorite moments in the whole game (SF64).

Also, to the Topic Starter, you forgot "Andross (Star Fox Adventures)". Not being a smart ellic, just a friendly reminder.
