Furygun81
Alrighty, Redeemer suggested this and here I am! I guess I should begin this topic by explaining myself. I'm Aaron, and this is the story of my life. I live in the UK, and I think life's too short to be boring. I'll begin with the events today. Today I finally ordered the Star Fox 64 Player's Guide! It seemed to all be going swimmingly, until... I got an e-mail. It was refunded! WHY? Y U NO SELL ME PLAYER'S GUIDE? (thanks to DZ Composer and Psygonis for explaining this to me ) So hopefully I can find another copy and order that but things aren't looking that good. I need to find one that ships to the UK. In other news I saw Amy again and still didn't get round to asking her out (beats self up) As well as that I got chosen by Ubisoft to test out the new Assassin's Creed: Revelations Multiplayer BETA! It's a good game, the mechanics have largely remained the same with the additional of more game modes. Instead of launching first-timers into a match against the Level 50s in sets you up with people with similiar skill levels. So that's a good feature I like. As well as that there's a training mode, where you can set up a match with bots, and practice (or at least that's what I gathered, seeing as all I could do was play either online or training matches. An interesting game mode that caught my eye doesn't involve a compass indicating where your target is, but rather they are one model, and there are no lookalikes. You are still informed when you're in their line of sight but not where they are. It's in this game mode you need to have a sharp eye. Other than that it's a brilliant beta and I can't wait for the real thing!!! Also, I got pwned at Star Fox 64 online on Project64k. Not much to say there other than Landmaster fail. Okay, not much else to say other than went down to ASDA and did some shopping and went cycling down there. So that's it for today, will probably update around the end of every day. EDIT: Actually forget all that about the Player's Guide found a copy and it's ordered. Edited September 6, 2011 by Furygun81
Furygun81
Okay making another post! First day back at school was a little stressful, including one particular seating plan situating me away from my friends and right next to Amy!!!!! How can I ask her out when she sits right next to me? I can't ask her out in class, or at break, mainly because then she's with her friends! Advice? About the Star Fox 64 Player's Guide, an email came through. Expected arrival date, 6 October - 4 November. Damned USA to UK shipping times! I could walk there faster! Oh well... Anyway, when I got home I played Lylat Wars and got a score of 593 (yeah I wasn't really concentrating) and watched a little of Team America: World Police! It's a funny movie, although at some times it is a little bit too much. But all in all, a good movie! I suggest you watch it! Afterwards I just went for a little cycle ride down the park and back and I just been checking my YouTube, FB and SF-O and... Yeah. Now I'm typing this! P.S. Red's way of adding a tip and a song at the end of every post is a good idea! (steal ) My favourite VGM (video game music) in all time has to be the Bravely Folk Song in SoulBlade! It sounds just like a final fight should, and it also sounds connected to the character (the final boss, Spanish, a pirate, wielder of the cursed sword) (NOTE: TURN UP VOLUME = SOUNDS EPIC) So.. that's all for today! See ya!
Star_Dragon
Hnh - you seem busier than I. I live in the USA, but I don't get out near as much as you (Mainly because the closest town is thirty miles down the road). Lucky f**k, you get to go practically ANYWHERE! I'm stuck cooped up in my mom's house! But meh - this is not my thread. It is yours. Some advice for your predicament with Amy - when the time comes, you'll know when to act. Trust me. I live in the USA, but I don't get out near as much as you (Mainly because the closest town is thirty miles down the road). Lucky f**k, you get to go practically ANYWHERE! I'm stuck cooped up in my mom's house! I mainly get enough time because we start school earlier and finish school earlier so we get more time to do stuff, but we have to go to sleep earlier! To be honest I don't get much of a chance to go anywhere, I just went for a little cycle down the park to get some exercise! And although the high street is like 15 mins cycle ride away, but there's just a Morrisons and a Fourth Place. Some advice for your predicament with Amy - when the time comes, you'll know when to act. Trust me. Okay, just need to find some way to talk to her alone though, and she walks home the opposite way to me (when i get out of the gates I turn right and down the side road, she just continues down right. But thanks anyway :D

Hopefully she'll actually come along Thanks And if I see her, I'll ask her along then (in rl )
Furygun81
Okay another entry from Furygun81 after another day of randomness! I think I'll stop with the music and instead add philosophy quotes, one each day, that teach you how to live your life better. So today was a pretty boring day, got up, checked my facebook, google+, youtube, sf-o etc, had a shower, got changed and rode (yes cycled) to school. At school we had my first English lesson since the Summer Holidays and it was booooooooooooring. I brightened up in ICT as we were allowed our phones out! Check my mail etc... Then I got home, checked everything again, got particularly bored and I ended up making these weird little paper things (I believe it's called Origami), I'll probably put some photos up as soon as possible, but they're not the work of any expert, just me bored. After making a few of those I milled around a bit, and went up to the attic and dug out my NES! I didn't even realise I had one there but for some reason I just thought of it. So I took it out, and plugged it in and before you know it, I'm playing some Super Mario Bros / Duck Hunt! So then, break out the Legend of Zelda and have some FUN! I didn't manage to go for my daily bike ride, but I can skip one day right? () Time seemed to fly and now here I am (typing this)! Philosophical Quote: Good things come to those who wait - One of the quotes I live by, never rush things. I suppose the same thing applies to me ordering the Player's Guide, and having to wait for like 2 months for it to arrive (6 October 2011 - 4 November 2011) but if I can wait that long it will be worth it. That's all for today, see ya! :D
