Arashikage
SFO goes down sometimes either for maintenance or some reason we can't discern. It's not you, everyone gets that when the site goes down.
Pgpaw3
I got it. Its just a technical error or a maintenance thing. Don't feel like your the only one who got it.

DZComposer
The config got messed up on the server. Not sure how, but support had to re-config the db server. As far as other downtimes, IPB is a bit of a resource-hungry beast. When we get hit by the search engines, it spikes our memory usage, which triggers an automatic server reboot. I don't want to block the search spiders because the search engines bring us new members. Google is the number 1 external referrer to starfox-online.net. I will likely need to upgrade the VM, but that is not financially feasible right now. Hopefully that will change in a few of months. As SF-O grows in userbase and feature set, it will require more and more resources. I will do my best to keep everything smooth, but when money is involved, things like paying my rent and utility bills take priority over adding 100 megs of memory to the VM. I am currently leasing three VMs for SFO: The webserver, the database server, and the game server. It is NOT cheap, especially the gameserver. If I can land a good job, I can more than double my current income. That will help greatly.
