Xortberg
Steampunk all the way. Cyberpunk is cool and all, but gears and steam power are just badass.

Asper Sarnoff
I'll have to go with Steampunk. For some strange way, there's nothing that's so badass that it won't get even better if you throw some gears, cogs and steam furnaces at it, and let it be crewed by guys with top hats. Vy'drach
Steampunk, it's archaic, and I never really though of it as "punkish." It actually looks refined and sophisticated.
Star Fox Runner
They're both just as awesome, so I really can't decide here.

Psygonis
I love both, but steampunk things are just so classy~! <
Gene Inari
Steampunk all the way. The aesthetics of the style are simply a lot more alluring than cyberpunk's. Clockworks, steam power, all the trappings of the Victorian era. Also steampunk settings are a lot lighter compared to Cyber's stark cynicism. chaos_Leader
As a dedicated Science Fictioneer, I am going to have to throw my hat in of Cyberpunk. Granted, Steampunk has a ton of awsome stuff going for it, but I have my personal reason to pick Cyber.

DoctorAllosaurus
I'm an old Shadowrun veteran, so Cyberpunk for me. Nothing wrong with steampunk though, it's just not as gloomy as cyberpunk.
!Corgi
Steampunk! CyberPunk is like 90s Vibrant Red/Green mowhawks with "The Prodigy" blaring in the background. As epic as it is, I'm an old fashioned kind of guy. Dat Airship.
