I have re-enabled activation on admin-activation mode.

Admins:

Any admin may activate a user. To do so, go into the ACP (link at the bottom of every page) and select "Management" under "User Admin"

Type the complete username (case sensitive) into the text box. You can use the "find a username" button to search.

At the very bottom of the user's profile are some "special admin-only" fields. The first is "User is Active." Set that to "Yes" and hit submit.

Please use your judgement before activating a new account.

I would like to ask you guys (and the admins too) to be a little more vigilant until the SA thing has completely passed. We may still get a few stragglers, but I think the man mass of trolls have moved on, deterred by our quick lockdown.
