Yeah, I've noticed - but I'm more surprised to see people gunning for options two and three, two being the most shocking for them to choose.

I am to. Considering that number 3 Compleatly changes Fox's canon species at compleate random, im shocked it has even one vote.

I'm just going to throw in my two cents here: don't go with option 2. I mean, I haven't read your story, so I don't really know what everyone's relationships are, but I don't feel like you really want to go a comedic route with this - which is probably what option 2 would end being. It's a bunch of drama that would commandeer your story into being just another fan fiction that people see everywhere. That kind of situation doesn't seem very compelling to write and you'd probably get bored of it after the first few pages (I know I would).

So, I was torn between options 1 and 3. I would have gone with option 1 but it didn't seem like that plot was really geared toward character development, like the third one. Honestly, as long as Fox still looks like Fox I don't think people will have many issues with an apparent species change.
