The gashapon set is out, and hard to find. However there is an Ebay seller with 8 sets for sale. This is a set of 5, which means you'll get one of every selection choice (the blue and orange subs are packed together since they're smaller.)

Note that these are small plastic model kits which must be assembled. The Star Fox items are molded in grey and light blue plastic only, with clear canopies for the Arwing and Landmaster. There are no painted details except for a red Star Fox emblem on the Arwing and Blue Marine, with a white one for the Landmaster. To get the most out of them, you'll want to paint them up yourself.

They do have some nice features though. The canopy on the Arwing and Landmaster opens and closes. The wings on the Arwings fold back for high-speed/space flight mode. The blue pylons can be opened up with laser cannons installed to give the Arwing a twin/hyper laser upgrade. The turret on the Landmaster can be aimed up and down. And lastly, the side fins on the Blue Marine can be tilted up and down.

As an example, here is the Arwing, built up and unpainted
